The Five Pillars of High-Performing Organizations

The Human System: Emotional Intelligence as an Operating Competence

Keynote · Workshop · Facilitated session

This session treats emotional intelligence as an operating competence: how trust, communication, accountability, and leadership behavior shape the quality of decisions and execution.

Audience leaves with

  • Emotional intelligence understood as an organizational capability, not only an interpersonal skill
  • How psychological safety affects whether teams surface problems early
  • Practical ways to improve disagreement, accountability, and decision-making

Operationalizing AI Without Losing Control
