Mission
Accountability came first.
I learned this work by being accountable for outcomes: running day-to-day operations, developing people on the frontline, managing competing priorities, solving problems under pressure, and answering for the results.
As my career moved into enterprise technology and transformation, the environment changed, but the challenge stayed remarkably similar: turning an objective into something people could actually execute. That meant navigating budgets, timelines, competing priorities, technology, stakeholder alignment, governance, adoption, and the realities that rarely fit neatly into a presentation.
It taught me that a recommendation is only as valuable as an organization's ability to make it work.
